Marcel Lajos Breuer fue un constructor y diseñador de muebles modernista de Hungría. Nació el 21 de mayo de 1902 y murió el 1 de julio de 1981. En la Bauhaus, colocó la Silla Wassily y la Silla Cesca "entre las 10 sillas más importantes del siglo XX". 1] Breuer tomó el vocabulario escultórico que aprendió en la carpintería de la Bauhaus y lo transformó en su estilo de arquitectura. Once the chair and ottoman had been put together I thought it looked magnificent very stylish. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and certainly recommend Luxe as the supplier they are very helpful.
the shipping box arrived severely banged up, dented and ripped open. the body of the chair seemed to survive but one metal part was rusted. the chair is functional - just not the quality I was anticipating.
So happy with my chair, the colour is perfect, the leather is soft and the chair is super comfortable. The wood is a beautiful warm colour. It arrived really well packaged and was straightforward to put together. Really lovely helpful and accommodating company, with great communication all the way through. Thanks very much!!
